Getting Started

Welcome to Ultimate Carousel! This comprehensive guide will help you create stunning carousels, sliders, and galleries for your WordPress website.

Quick Start: After installation, go to Ultimate Carousel → Add New to create your first carousel.

System Requirements

WordPress 5.0 or higher
PHP 7.4 or higher
MySQL 5.6 or higher
Modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
Recommended: latest WordPress, a modern theme and PHP 8+

Installation

Method 1: WordPress Admin

Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
Navigate to Plugins → Add New
Search for "Ultimate Carousel"
Click "Install Now" and then "Activate"
Go to Ultimate Carousel → Settings to configure

Method 2: Manual Upload

Download the plugin ZIP file from your account
Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
Choose the ZIP file and click "Install Now"
Activate the plugin after installation

Note: Make sure to backup your website before installing any new plugins.

Basic Usage

Creating Your First Carousel

Go to Ultimate Carousel → Add New
Enter a title for your carousel
Select the carousel type (Image, Product, Post, etc.)
Configure the display settings
Add your content (images, products, posts)
Customize the appearance and behavior
Save and get your shortcode

Using Shortcodes

After creating a carousel, you'll get a shortcode to place in posts, pages or page builders:

Shortcodes accept parameters for items, autoplay, navigation, etc. See below.
