Ultimate Carousel includes:

• A WordPress plugin with 6+ types of carousels and sliders
• 20+ responsive layouts and professional templates
• Advanced features including 3D effects, lightbox, and watermarking
• WooCommerce integration and Elementor compatibility
• Premium support and regular updates

The service is provided on a subscription basis, with plan features and limits as described on the website.

To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

• Ultimate Carousel subscriptions are managed and processed securely via <strong>Paddle</strong>, our Merchant of Record.
• You will be charged automatically based on the plan you select (monthly, yearly, or lifetime).
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion in case of service errors or system-wide issues.

Invoices and receipts are issued by Paddle in accordance with your billing information.

You agree to use Ultimate Carousel only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the plugin code
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse plan features
• Share your account, license, or plugin files with others
• Use Ultimate Carousel to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Remove or modify copyright notices and license information

Each plan comes with defined limits (e.g., number of sites, premium templates access). Abuse of these limits or attempts to exploit the system may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All content, code, and features of Ultimate Carousel are owned by our development team. You may not reuse or redistribute any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

You retain full rights to your own content, images, and designs used with the plugin.

We collect minimal personal data (name, email, usage statistics) solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties outside of service providers (e.g., Paddle, analytics).

Ultimate Carousel is provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to maintain high uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for:

• Business losses due to downtime
• Compatibility issues with third-party plugins or themes
• Data loss or configuration errors
• Performance issues on specific hosting environments

You may cancel your account at any time via the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the system, or harm the integrity of the platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes implies acceptance.
