At Ultimate Carousel, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident using our WordPress plugin. We offer transparent and fair refund terms to ensure clarity and trust for all users.

General Refund Conditions

Refunds are offered based on your subscription type (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) and actual product usage. This policy is designed to be fair to both our users and our team.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • If you've used less than 10% of your plan's features (e.g., created 1-2 carousels out of 20+ available layouts) and request a refund within 7 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you've used 10% or more of your included plan features, no refund will be issued. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for monthly plans once significant usage has occurred.

Yearly Subscriptions

  • If you request a refund within 2 months of purchase:
    • If less than 25% of the features have been used, we will refund the unused months in full.
    • If more than 25% of the plan has been used, a prorated refund will be issued based on remaining access.
  • Refund requests after 2 months may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 40%, depending on usage.
  • No refunds are issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

Lifetime Subscriptions

  • Lifetime subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, regardless of usage, as long as no violations of our Terms of Service have occurred.
  • After 30 days, lifetime subscriptions are not eligible for refunds due to the nature of the one-time payment.
  • Lifetime subscribers retain access to all current and future features for life.

Promotions & Discounted Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions purchased through promotions, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for refunds.
  • Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • If you subscribed to a yearly discounted plan and request a refund within the first 2 months, you may still be eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

Refund Process Timing

  • Refunds are processed at the end of each month, aligned with our internal finance reporting cycle.
  • We aim to review and respond to refund requests within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment method and bank processing times.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at contact@ultimatecarousel.com with the following:

  • Your account email
  • Purchase details (order number, date, amount)
  • A brief reason for your refund request
  • Your WordPress site URL (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and get back to you promptly.

Automatic Cancellations

Refunds do not automatically cancel your subscription. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription from your dashboard or contact support before your renewal date.

Abuse & Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we detect misuse, abuse, or any activity that violates our Terms of Service. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Sharing account credentials or license keys
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or modify the plugin
  • Using the plugin for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Abusing our support system or refund process

Plugin-Specific Considerations

For Ultimate Carousel specifically, usage is measured by:

  • Number of carousels created and published
  • Premium templates and layouts accessed
  • Advanced features utilized (3D effects, lightbox, etc.)
  • Support tickets submitted
  • Plugin activation and configuration time
